Using a DOM label and input id via prop blocks country select dropdown

In latest, got it to run in Nuxt 3.16 and noticed a bug

Steps:

• Use an HTML label element with for attr
• Provide an id via the input-options for the phone input and relate them together

Result:
Country select no longer triggers dropdown and acts as a label too. Sometimes it opens
