Rename building model

Rename `ThermalZones.ReducedOrder.{EquivalentAirTemperature,RC,...}` to `ThermalZones.ReducedOrder.VDI6007.{EquivalentAirTemperature,RC,...}`,
rename `ReducedOrder.EquivalentAirTemperature.VDI6007` to `...WithoutWindow` and similarly `WithWindow` (as VDI6007 is already in the higher level package name).
