Tests do not pass for test_A2C_B

Sometimes, tests do not pass for test_A2C_B due to:

If the tests are re-run manually the test gests to pass... I think this can be fixed by simply retraining the agents with latest version of the repository (only agent that was retrained with the major update of issue118_boptestV400 was A2C_C_1e5)
