Custom Audio?

Hello

I've been playing around the audio and managed to change it. However I was wondering if an mp3 or any other format of audio
can be called out?. I'm not great at coding, could you guide me a little more?.

Basically I want to change two things, the audio when you click draw and when the winner has won. 
Can you help me out here?.
