Add node selector for non-capture services.

Please add a node selector for the databases and services not required for a capture node.
This is to reduce the traffic between capture nodes and the rest of the stack.
Some of our capture nodes are out in the SCADA field and have low bandwidth, so I would prefer opensearch nodes or postgres from spining up there.
