examine default OpenSearch Dashboards dashboard

Currently the default dashboard is the "overview" dashboard. This is a pretty good overview, but we need to really look at it from a UI and a cybersec point of view and see if it's the best initial dashboard, if it should be changed somehow, or if we should create something new.

The current options for "first stop" dashboards:

• Overview
• Severity
• Security Overview
• ICS/IoT Security Overview

Note that this can already be changed by the user via the OPENSEARCH_DEFAULT_DASHBOARD environment variable. So perhaps (maybe additionally to this issue) during the setup questions we should even give the option for them to choose between a number of them we think are applicable.
