Can't click "North" of menus on graph #166
Description
If the user clicks anywhere on the graph that is "north" of the bottom of a menu, cytoscape won't register that click and the user won't be able to select objects or do anything else in that region. See the following menus that cause this problem. Note that the user can click on anything on the graph below the pink dotted line, but cannot click above that line. Note also that the pink dotted line, "x" and check mark are all drawn onto the screenshot for clarity and are not part of the STIG program.
