Add updated MOOSE ecosystem graphic to TMAP8 tutorial

Reason

As of #298, there was some discussion about the MOOSE ecosystem ("spider web") graphic that is used in the TMAP8 tutorial slides. It does not include TMAP8 or SALAMANDER, since those were public after the creation of that graphic. It should be updated and then added to the slides.

Design

Create a new ecosystem graphic:

1. Contact original creator of graphic (pre-Logan, but I imagine he will know where the generation script or file is)
2. Generate a new graphic.
3. Place it in the MOOSE repository.
4. Update the MOOSE submodule here, such that it is reflected in the tutorial.

Impact

Make the tutorial slides ever-so-slightly more accurate.
