Valgrind testing on master merge times out

We currently do not have a clean master merge for Magpie. The rests in question (DPA stuff) should probably be marked "heavy" or simplified.

Heavy is fine as long as it's tested for master merge. Is it?

Hm, maybe increasing the timeout then or simplifying the tests.
