Need to improve the microreactor drum rotation model #687
Description
Reason
We have added a new syntax in Griffin [Decusping] for drum rotation decusping treatment. The new treatment should be used by the model and the mesh in the control drum does not have to be that fine as in the current model. Along with this main improvements, we should tune the solver parameters to make the CPU time results in the model better, otherwise could be misleading to public audience.
Design
Update the inputs and the markdown files. I will be using the same machine, INL Sawtooth machine for gathering the CPU times.
Impact
Microreactor is drawing lots attentions recently, and we should make sure the public gets the accurate information about user interface/performance for MOOSE-based modeling tools.
