Most likely going in the About page, but may need to create a new area like "Certifications" and add AWS in there.

@bbodine1 this can probably go on the back burner as a nice to have. Leadership voiced this to have on the site awhile back, but lets get the cloudinary set up before we add more image elements to the site.
