Scenario found @27.08 by EK when Attachment Flag on the activity is not updated when a new attachment is added. Even after RefreshRecord the VUEX was not updated.

These notifications are not respected in NB.

Does NB need to send the separate "popup" notifications, when popup is opened and when popup is closed?

UPD: Do we need to skip calling subscriptions when new query is invoked? Otherwise for most of query operations subscriptions are called twice.
