Calendar Interface

[Shaofanl]

• Run python manager.py testinit.
• Login as test whose password is test.
• Access http://localhost:5000/calendar/all to get all Memos.
• Access http://localhost:5000/calendar/day/15-08-08 to get Memos in specific day.
