[Feature Request] Converting Images (+ others) to PDF

Hi,

I think this would be a good addition to the PDF tools suite since some government/official requirements mandate PDFs for almost all documents, and converting them is a hassle on most platforms.

I did not see an option for this on omnitools so I thought I'd raise a feature request.
