[FEATURE] Fanatec Clubsport v3 pedals support - vibration

Fanatec Clubsport v3 pedals have vibration support for throttle and brakes, for example, the brake could vibrate while ABS's working, etc.
Any plans to add this feature? Or maybe you can give me any clue to get me a chance to implement it myself :)

There is a Fanatec SDK, however it is not free/public to use, and from what's on the page, paperwork needs to be signed. I have no plans to do this.

The code is otherwise free to edit as you like, so if you do get your hands on the SDK, feel free to make a PR.
