Add a keyboard keybind for flashing high beams

Hi, it would be great to have a keybind to flash the high beams with the keyboard, instead of having this feature only with steering wheels. I hope you'll consider adding this for a future update!

Handling of inputs are... wildly distributed throughout the code. This should be refactored first...
