⛏️ Bitcoin Halving Countdown – Übersicht Widget (Mac OSx only)

This Übersicht widget displays:

• ✅ Current Bitcoin block height
• ⏳ Countdown to the next halving (in blocks and estimated time)
• 📊 A progress bar showing % completed in the current epoch

All live on your macOS desktop.

📦 Installation Instructions

1. ✅ Install Übersicht

If you haven't already, download and install:

2. 📁 Open the Widgets Folder

1. Click the Übersicht menu bar icon.
2. Choose “Open Widgets Folder”.

This opens: ~/Library/Application Support/Übersicht/widgets

3. ⬇️ Install the Widget

Option A – Manual Install

1. Download the repository as a .zip:
   • Click Code → Download ZIP
2. Unzip it and move the folder bitcoin-halving.widget into your Widgets folder: ~/Library/Application Support/Übersicht/widgets

Option B – Git Clone (for developers)

cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/Übersicht/widgets
