04. Milestones & versioning

Java Design Patterns project uses semantic versioning scheme.
Version numbers in this project do not signify binary releases since we don't make any but rather milestones achieved on the roadmap.
At the end of every month we increment the version number of the master branch. The unresolved issues in the current milestone move to be part of the next one.
