Your app major version is not compatible with the server

Hi,

I am having issues with the app on my android phone when trying to connect to the server. I have no issues running it on my server and I am able to get into the UI.

I am running the Docker PostgreSQL_Immich and Redis lastest version.

Any ideas?

I had the same issue and it turns out I was using a wrong URL, without specifying the port number. Verify you're using the right URL, including the port number: http://ip-address:2283/api

Thanks for your reply Jorge. I figured out what I did wrong. After reading your email, I noticed I was entering the api at the end of the url instead of leaving it as api. This has resolved the issue. Thank you.
