PROTECTED_LOCATION logic does not fully work #118
Description
See this forum post, where the user posted a screenshot of the Updater failing with a FileNotFoundException ("Access is denied"), rather than the intended PROTECTED_LOCATION case's error message in CheckForUpdates.java. Might need a change in the UpdaterUtil#isProtectedLocation utility method, although without having the affected system for testing I'm not sure how to fix it.
