Hextra Footer Variations and Integrations with the Figure-Dynamic Toggle with the hextra cards

1. Regarding the Figure-Dynamic Toggle. I recently developed a code based on a code by Sander Ten Brinke https://stenbrinke.nl/blog/adding-support-for-dark-and-light-images-to-hugo-figure-shortcode/ where he describes having light and dark mode images. This was the basis of the figure-dynamic-toggle code.

In a recent post I made a discovery of a code that would allow for the theme toggler of hextra: #413

However, I would like this to be extended to the hextra feature cards so that I may make more customizable home page which images that can switch based off the theme. I am having difficulty implementing it in the feature-card.html tself.

2. If possible, can we have options to have a stacked or simple footer with Menus such as the ones on HyperUI:

I saw a recent post where #330 a user for their company site was able to implement a footer. While not like the footer on HyperUI, it was nice. However, when I tried implementing it the way they did, it did not translate and I could not get it to work.

Can we add this in?
