Change color of the navbar

Is-it possible to change the color of the navbar ?

I add this to customize the color in assets/css/custom.css:

.hx\:bg-transparent {
  background-color: #4051b5;
}

However the color is not rendered correctly ...
I tried to change some values but not results:

:root {
  --primary-hue: 0deg;
  --primary-saturation: 0%;
  --primary-lightness: 0%;
}

The navbar includes a dedicated class you can target with CSS rules

.hextra-nav-container {
  background-color: #4051b5;
}

but this is also required:

.hx\:w-full {
  width: unset;
}
