Open graph doesn't seem to work

Have some images put in static/images/ meant to be used for social media preview using opengraph

Tried configuring front matter for global hugo.yaml file

params:
  images:
    - "/images/disgo-home-page.png"

Didn't work

tried configuring it for the home page and individual files as well

Still won't work

not quite sure what's the issue
