Split out utility methods to separate library #9
Description
The Helpers class brings in many more dependencies, some of which might not necessary for the Python support directly. If possible, we should split this library into the minimal required thing for the imglyb Python library to function, and then move extra helpers somewhere else—maybe a new library, or maybe some other existing component.
