Updated instructions for building for Android would be helpful, for example using Python for Android

UPDATE:
I used pgs4a v.0.9.4 and quite a bit of debugging and configuring to get the thing working. The only issue with this approach is that pgs4a is no longer maintained (I could not get the latest version (0.9.6) to work, and this one is from somewhere around 2012).

Since August 2019 to be able to upload an app onto the Android Play Store the app needs to be built for 64-bit as well as the 32-bit. This is currently not available with the setup I have, hence why I am only releasing the program as a direct .apk download for the devices that can run 32-bit apps. This app will not work on new 64-bit only devices.
