Dependency issues Installing the Eclipse Modeler

Hi All,

trying to install the modeler into eclipse. in the end after doing 15 tries to resolve then it says it won't install the plugin.

Version: 2022-12 (4.26.0)
Build id: 20221201-1913

do I need a specific version of Eclipse?

Hi @frednforester , yes I know about this issue. Unfortunately there are some outdated depending libraries that are no longer supported in current Eclipse versions. What you can do is install Eclipse 2022-12. This will work definitely.
We started a new project called 'Open-BPMN'. This modeller can be used to model BPMN for Imixs-Workflow. You can run this modeler as an extension in VS-Code or as a Web application.
And in future we will also support a Eclipse Plugin for Open-BPMN. But at the moment - if you like to work with Eclipse you should have 2022-12 Version running to install the Eclipse BPMN Plugin.

Yep that works. I use netbeans primarily so an older eclipse is not a problem. I do have VSCode with the Open BPMN plugin and that works fine.
