Avalonia dependency #42
Description
Have you considered moving Windows related functionality services to an separate shared library RemoteControl.Desktop.Windows.Shared ?
Due to the way the dependencies have been setup any project that want to use the library will have to depend on Avalonia libraries even if they are not going to be used.
