Clean up terminology page and make documentation more non IT friendly where possible. #67

Even more confounding, there is a second Terminology page which does provides some of the above details, but which is hard to find and does not come up in search results. The documentation on core concepts and terminology needs to either be consolidated or prominently and heavily cross-linked.

There is also a tendency to write the docs assuming the reader is a Windows MSP technician or IT specialist. That's often, but far from always, true. For instance,

Think of deployments as similar to Group Policy Objects in Windows environments, but more powerful and flexible.

or when explaining Maintenance Sessions:

A Maintenance Session is conceptually similar to running gpupdate /force
