Secondary views can no longer special case display on non-projection layers

Non-projection layers are always displayed in world correct space on all views.
Because of this we can no longer special case their appearance on secondary views (ie we might not want to show a HUD).

@thetuvix suggested that we should provide some mechanism to not display these layer types.
