Immichframe not showing new album images

How often does immichframe refresh the list of images in the connected album? Is this what RenewImagesDuration is for? I am finding that when I add new photos to my album, I don't see them on the frame in any reasonable amount of time (if I restart immichframe they show up, but I'd rather not have that set to restart so often).

RefreshAlbumPeopleInterval adjusts the time in hours it refreshes. Zero is allowed.

It seems that after v1.0.28.0 this can no longer be zero, causing the following error if it is set to zero

An unhandled exception was thrown by the application. System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: The relative expiration value must be positive. This parameter appears to be an int so is the lowest possible interval now 1 hour?

Yeah, it should be an easy fix; I can just set a minimum value of 1 second.

I think the issue is some people want zero so it picks up newly added images ASAP.

This sets the cache to expire after 1ms, so should show things immediately.

(Note also when we switch to stream images from Immich rather than preload them, this shouldn't be an issue anyway.)
