Reference Mapping

Hi!

I am using Symphony to create a reference map for a particular dataset. To validate the mapping, I am creating the reference map using 80% of cells as the training set and mapping the other 20% as the test set, for which I have the known labels for. However, for some reason, the test set is mapping to one area of the reference UMAP.

Do you by chance have any ideas for why that may be?
