single_channel_server_test.cpp fails to build

I have tried to build the single channel server test example, but it fails with the following error:
raspberry-as-gige-camera/code/server/tests/single_channel_server_test.cpp:4:10: fatal error: rpiasgige/single_channel_server.hpp: No such file or directory 4 | #include "rpiasgige/single_channel_server.hpp" | ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have serched for the missing file, but have failed. Does anyone know where I can get "single_channel_server.hpp" please?

You can grab the previous version of the file from a old commit. Doing so got the tests to work.
