On tokens page, "Retrieve Information" on a manually created token deletes name and icon #278

Hi @dshanske! I clicked the Retrieve Information link on a token on the tokens page that I'd manually created, and it evidently deleted the token's name and icon. That token now shows a blank name and "None" for the icon. I'm guessing it should be a noop on manual tokens? Maybe the link shouldn't even show up?
