Describe the feature you'd like

I propose implementing a feature in the knowledge base system that allows users to share their created knowledge bases with all members of the organization. Here's a breakdown of the key requirements:

  1. Core Functionality
Option to Enable Universal Access: Add a toggle/checkbox in the knowledge base's settings or permissions section labeled "Share with Everyone".
Scope: When activated, this option grants full read access (and optionally write access, depending on the system's design) to every registered user in the organization.
Explicit Control: The toggle should be visible only to the knowledge base owner or administrators, ensuring intentional sharing.
  2. Implementation Details
    Permissions Management:
By default, knowledge bases are private (owned by the creator unless explicitly shared).
The "Share with Everyone" option overrides existing permissions for all users, bypassing individual sharing settings.
