Create Packaging Pipline #14
Description
Check the possibilities to create a packaging pipeline (e.g. based on https://twitter.com/github/status/1521905066961256449).
After check-in/pull request with a new version number, we should be able to create a new package similar to the maven artifactory plugin (https://www.jfrog.com/confluence/display/JFROG/Maven+Artifactory+Plugin).
Packed should be built once certain milestones are hit, e.g. new version/tag.
This issue is open for comments and suggestions.
