Set up test pipelines and infrastructure

After each checkin/pull request tes tests should run right after build or start a dedicated test pipeline to avoid regressions in the project.

• Implement first tests as examples how to implement further tests
• Create corresponding documentation for to implement tests that are executed in the pipelines
