Definition of Done

• re-establish some mastery of the Haskell simulator after WT leave
• how should Cardano "usher" transactions submitted by users to Input Blocks?
  The scope of this question also includes tuning IB/EB/RB rates, expiry ages, etc.
• the Haskell simulator explicitly models transactions from the time a user submits them to some node, including logging events such as at least when each transaction entered and exited the Mempool and which IBs contain which txs.
