Turn off controller in wireless mode not working

Hallo,

I am using the alpakka firmware 1.1.0 (I upgraded from 1.0.0). 

However, I cannot turn off the controller in wireless mode anymore. It only works when the controller is connected directly to the USB cable (yes I am using the new mode where I have to press the home button 5 seconds).

Any idea what the issue could be?
