Request for Bulk RNA-seq Datasets Used in Pre-training

I am currently attempting to reproduce some of your results, and I would like to ask if it would be possible to access the three complete bulk RNA-seq datasets that you used for pre-training. I am hoping to use the same settings as described in your work to better follow your research. I greatly appreciate your time, and thank you again for your valuable contributions！

Do you have the code to train the model, suppose we have the training input RNA-seq data? I want to train a model with samples from sepsis, is that an idea how to proceed? can I finetune the model based on pretrained model (cancer data), or train the model from start?
