Hello team, I wanted to work on the implementation of the synthetic smart alert resource for this provider, I started my work at https://github.com/Josecespedesant/terraform-provider-instana, specifically here: https://github.com/Josecespedesant/terraform-provider-instana/blob/main/instana/resource-synthetic-alert-config.go
