当CTRL+X翻译替换时 ,应该自动翻译当前光标所在的上下文字符串而不是需要鼠标选择, vscode 有这个上下文API , 这对用户体验更加友好丝滑

翻译替换有配置快捷键 ctrl+shift+T

意思就是, 在按下快捷键时自动翻译光标处于的上下文 , 而无需手动框选
