How to Request Advanced Support for IntelOwl

We are an open source project and we rely on donations and contributions from the community.

We try to answer to all the people who request information and ask for features, questions or help.
However our time is very limited so we cannot help everyone.

If you would like to get advanced support, you should:

• first ask for help via Twitter or Github
• wait for an answer from us. In case the issue is too complicated, we'll tell you that this problem requires advanced support and we will ask you for a donation
• once the donation has been received, we'll get a call and help you directly to solve the problem.
