Intermine and Python 3.11

Love the package! Noticed Intermine isn't compatible with Python 3.10 or 3.11 (same issue as in [#96](https://github.com/intermine/intermine-ws-python/issues/96)). Any chance of compatibility for both 3.11 and 3.10?
