Problem

I have tried to export my reading log multiple times over the last few weeks, but it always fails with the same internal error message. Is this an issue someone is aware of? Thank you!

Reproducing the bug

  1. Log into account
  2. Go to the import page
  3. Click on the blue "Download (.csv format)" button under the "Export your Reading Log" section

The request fails with the following internal error message:

A Problem Occurred

We're sorry, a problem occurred while responding to your request:

   <class 'KeyError'>
   <Nothing>

The reference code 2025-06-28/104740509145 has been created to track this error and we will investigate as we're able.
  • Expected behavior: download a .csv file with my reading log
  • Actual behavior: request fails with an internal error message

  • Browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc): Firefox 139.0.4
  • OS (Windows, Mac, etc): Ubuntu 22.4
