Producer should stop if unable to connect to broker #4
Description
The OffBroadway.EMQTT.Broker process exits if unable to connect to the MQTT broker and will be restarted up to 3 times as default by the Broadway Supervisor. If giving up and unable to connect to the broker it makes sense that the producer will shut down, because its in a non-functional state and will receive no messages.
