styles: add customizable segments

Describe the bug

Currently the segment element from semantic UI is not being overwritten with the custom one

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://127.0.0.1:5000/account/settings/applications/ and check that the rules are not applying

Expected behavior

To apply the custom css rules for the segments
