Update the users page in the docs: https://inveniordm.docs.cern.ch/customize/vocabularies/users/
It says that if an empty users.yaml is provided it will not create any user, but this is wrong.
A demo admin user is always created when launching the fixtures [email protected]
Make sure for the deployment documentation we make it clear that the instance should be thoroughly verified before going production.
Step2: create a task to disallow creating this account silently while running fixtures
