Upgrade guide for binding decorators from 3.2.0 to ^4.0.0

I recently had "latest" in my dependencies for binding decorators which caused an error on a build for 4.0.0.
Found out that you removed the exports makeProvideDecorator etc. I was using.
I'm actually missing a guide on how to do it the right way by now?
