Whenever I open the instance settings, an error message appears in the log. I have re-read all the devices, but this has not brought any improvement. However, I haven't noticed any real "problems" so far.
Version 1.16, js controller 5.0.17, Node js 18.18.2

still the same error but since I rarely visit the config page it doesn't bother me for now - nevertheless, I hope it will be fixed

This is only a warning and has no effect on the opartion.
Will be handled by ioBroker/adapter-react-v5#313
