As discussed at VIPT March 4, 2021 meeting, add a column between measurementType and measurementTypeID columns with BODC Recommended column. This column to be populated with measurementTypeID "value/name" if (correct?) ID link provided.

Adding all preferred labels is a bit tricky at the moment, but I have added the option to fetch the label for a particular identifier:
